Description
This department includes subjects such as endodontic treatment, conservative treatment, oral histology, and dental anatomy. These subjects are responsible for teaching the basic and applied sciences represented in knowing the different types of teeth, studying oral tissues in terms of their structures and functions, in addition to studying dental fillings, restoration, and endodontic treatment.

The department aspires to reach its distinguished, pioneering and scientifically prestigious scientific position and one of the most distinguished departments by keeping pace with scientific development and updating the school curricula.
Mission
Teaching students, training them, and providing them with scientific skills to provide health and treatment services for dental diseases using modern scientific methods.

- Providing knowledge to students about the nature of oral tissues and studying the structure and shape of teeth and occlusion.
- Preparing students and training them on diagnosing tooth decay and how to prevent it.
